A bit about me

I’ve always been interested in health and fitness. As a child I was involved in all sports at school and represented the county of Lincolnshire in sprinting at age 11. I loved horse riding and dancing as well. I’ve completed events with The Fix in Richmond and this year I’m also embarking on the London to Brighton 100km Challenge in aid of a cause very dear to my heart.

As a teenager and adult I became very interested in emotional and mental health. I completed a BSc Psychology degree and went freelance in my PR career to study therapeutic counselling and qualified in July 2011. The idea of holistic health and wellbeing is something I am passionate about. Arbonne’s focus on feeling and looking great on the inside and outside is something that really resonates with me.

I’m really passionate about sharing and recommending Arbonne products and also the business opportunity that is available, which I personally fit around my two young children, a busy home life and occasional freelance work.
