Running

Spring?? It definitely was not! In fact it was more like a siberian blizzard, but our runners braved the conditions and came out for a great challenging, cold, snowy, muddy and wet 10k run down by Ham House in Richmond.
Running along the stunning towpath from Ham towards Kingston Upon Thames and then back again, runners get to take in the stunning riverside views, some beautiful house and enjoy a fast, flat course that then heads back past the start/finish area where spectators and our team give loads of support, high fives and words of encouragement as they make their way towards Richmond where they turn just before 9km to head back in to the finish.
The atmosphere at this event is always superb and the event hub is super cool right by the river. There's always some great partners with us, including lovely coffees, food, medal engraving, the amazing Results Base who provide our timing and not forgetting our marshals who brave the conditions whatever the weather.
Check out a little video clip from the start of the run along with some photos and some results from the race. Well done to absolutely everyone that joined us and why not check out our Richmond Summer Riverside 10k Run taking place on Saturday the 21st July. Surely it will be summer by then!!!
