*MORUNNING FUNDRAISER INCENTIVE 2022
1. This reward is given to the first 500 fundraisers signed up to a MoRunning event who raise £10 or more on Movember.com or JustGiving as of 12:00 PM (GMT) on 1 December 2022 except employees and related parties of Movember, who are UK residents.
2. Each individual may only receive one prize.
3. Each winner will be able to claim a Movember pin badge. Winners will be emailed a redemption form to their registered email address by 1 December 2022.
4. Fundraisers have until 15th December 2022 to complete the form and claim a prize. If a prize is not claimed by the above date then the prize may be forfeited.
5. Movember HQ will determine those eligible based on the donation totals listed on https://uk.movember.com/ and JustGiving. The fundraisers must sign up through the links provided on Mo-Running.com in order for Movember to track participants
6. This promotion commences on 7th October 2022 12:01 PM (GMT) and closes on 15th December 2022 at 11:59 PM (GMT)
7. Movember does not take any responsibility for any technological issues that prevent a donation being processed in time or that cause a disparity between the time the donation is recorded on the Movember system and the time shown on your donation receipt. In order to avoid any disappointment, please submit all online donations in good time to ensure that they are processed before the cut-off. Please also ensure that any offline donations (such as cash or cheques) have been submitted to Movember in good time to be processed and included in your donation total
8. Movember shall post out all prizes to winners by 5:00 PM (GMT) on 20th December 2022, where we have their complete address. If full address details are not provided via the redemption form the prize will be forfeited.
9. Movember reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process.
10. The prize is not redeemable for cash or other products and is not transferable. The prize can only be claimed by verbal or written acceptance by the winner.
11. Movember reserves the right to substitute alternative prizes if necessary due to unavailability of the notified prizes.
12. If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned, then subject to any compulsory law to the contrary, Movember reserves the right to cancel the competition.
13. All entries become the property of Movember. All information contained in the entries and details of the winners will be held in accordance with Movember’s Privacy Policy, which can be accessed by visiting https://uk.movember.com/privacy.
