Summer is here!

 

After a few months of grey and rather drizzly runs we’ve returned to Richmond Park this morning in the glorious sunshine for our regular 5k and 10k race.

 

We had a fantastic turn-out on London Marathon weekend and we can’t thank you all enough for coming down and taking part in what we like to call our ‘home race’.  Our runners were set off at 10am to take in the scenes of a sunny Richmond Park, up to Queens Gate from the East Sheen entrance, along Sawyers Hill and then back into our hub space for medals, refreshments and plenty of high-fives!

 

Our 10k-ers braved the second lap to complete their distance and some fantastic times were posted for both races, by old faces and new – it was great to have you all there on such a wonderfully sunny April morning.
