The inaugural MoRun was held in Greenwich Park, London, in 2009. Setting up in thunder and lightening this was always going to be an event to remember! We braved the conditions and the skies miraculously cleared just in time to allow the first ever MoRun to go ahead. Close to 1000 maiden MoRunners joined us that day and the rest, as they say, is history. Who remembers ’that’ storm?!

MoRunning Goes Down Under. In 2010 we took MoRunning to the southern hemisphere and into Albert Park, Melbourne, Australia. It rained, a lot!! But with over 500 happy Aussie MoRunners it's an event we aim to repeat and take to international pastures new.

Cardiff Goes MoRunning Crazy. From 200 runners at its inception in 2010, Cardiff now rocks with over 2500 MoRunners, our biggest MoRun to date. Cardiff MoRunners - we love you!

MoRunning Goes All Scottish. And so our northern adventures began at Glasgow Green in 2012, soon followed by Edinburgh and then Perth and Aberdeen. Scottish MoRunning can be super tough but our most northern MoRunners continue to be bold year after year and we wouldn’t be without you!

Mr Motivator. 2016 saw the legendary Mr Mo join us to motivate our Mo Bro’s, Mo Sista’s & Mini Mo’s. Lycra, leg warmers and laughs. Mr Motivator we love you!

Mini Mo’s Rock the Mo Tour. In 2017 we introduced our super-popular 1.5K Mini Mo event. Raising the bar for even more fun & laughs our Mini MoRunners bring the whole family together creating an amazing atmosphere and some amazing scenes. Mini Mo’s keep on coming!

Virtual MoRunning. Why stop at kids? Time to go global! 2018 saw the addition of Virtual MoRunning meaning anyone, anywhere in the world could take part in a MoRun. With over 700 international MoRunners in its first year, from New Zealand, Afghanistan, South America and all over Europe we can’t wait to have you superstars back with us again this year.

Fancy dress, fancy dress, fancy dress. Over the years we have seen numerous superhero’s, tins of spam, nuns on the run, a full RAF squadron, bottles of ketchup, as well as a few Freddie Mercury’s. We salute you all. Get dressed up, join the fun and get your superhero medal this November!

Fundraising. MoRunning has always been incredibly proud to support the Movember Foundation, which does brilliant work in raising awareness and funds for men’s health. Over the course of our 10 years of MoRunning we have raised over £1million together. We thank each and everyone of you for joining us on this amazing journey.
