Overview:
After our inaugural sell-out event, we are excited to announce the second in a series of workshops covering all aspects of Strength and Conditioning for cyclists. Two of the industry’s leading S&C coaches, Ben Leach and Chris Gibson, will be teaming up to run a highly practical workshop, hosted exclusively in the Uk‘s premier training facility, with world class equipment and facilities- UNTIL Liverpool Street.

Date and time: Saturday 1st March, 2-3:30pm (90 minute workshop).
Registration:
- 20 x in-person places @ £49.95 per person
- 50 x Virtual places (live streamed) @ £9.95 person
Due to the size of the venue we have to limit physical capacity and 20 in-person places is the maximum
Secure bike parking: available onsite for 10 bikes.
Who will benefit:
- Cyclists of all ages, genders and abilities are very welcome and you will make significant gains by adding a basic strength and conditioning programme into your training regime.
- No prior gym, lifting , resistance training experience is necessary. We will show you the key techniques in detail and all the progressions that you will need as you get stronger.

What to bring/what you need:
- In-person attendees should bring comfortable clothing for exercise, a water bottle and a snack.
- Streaming attendees should also have suitable clothing for exercise. We recommend an exercise mat, a set of Dumbbells and a kettlebell. But if you you only have your bodyweight and space to exercise this will suffice.
