Have you ever wondered how training in the gym can help improve your running? Luckily, we have the answers!
This is an amazing opportunity for all endurance runners out there to get to grips with neuromuscular training!
The workshop will run for 3 hours and consist of theory and practical content, with a focus on reducing injury risk and improving running economy. You will also be provided with exercises to be implemented alongside your weekly running schedule. Aaron holds degrees in both Strength and Conditioning Science and Exercise Physiology, as has extensive experience working with both recreational and elite runners of all distances.
