MoBro's, MoSista's and MoKids, we need you to get super excited, to get dressed to impress (or just to run fast) MoBro's, grow a Mo if you can and MoSista's and MoKids if you fancy a laugh paint one on!. It really doesn't matter as just by taking part and running with us you will play a huge part in supporting and raising awareness for Men's Health. We look forward to seeing you for lots of fun and laughs along the way, and remember there will be prizes for craziest costume, fastest Mo, and more.<\/p>\n

Parking<\/strong><\/p>\n
There is parking at the riverside carpark however please note space is limited so where possible park prior to reaching this carpark, travel with friends or leave the car at home if feasible.<\/p>\n
Timings<\/strong><\/p>\n
Half Marathon MoRun 9.30am - 5k and 10k MoRun 10am - Kids Mini MoRun 1130am
<\/strong><\/p>\nRegistration will be open from 8am and will close 10 minutes before the start of each race so please arrive nice and early.<\/p>\n
Arrival and Registration<\/strong><\/p>\n
It is very important we run to time so please ensure you arrive nice and early to collect your race pack. Make sure you either print off your race number confirmation or have this to display on your mobile device when you arrive at registration.<\/p>\n
At registration you will receive your race number and chip, safety pins and dedicated headband.<\/p>\n
Registration will be set by race number so please make sure you queue in the correct section. You will be using our Chip on Bib race numbers and it is important these are displayed on your outer garment to ensure 1) We can see your race number when running 2) To help with the timing system to read your time and 3) To help our photographers identify you! <\/p>\n
The event hub is based on the grass section next to the carpark.<\/p>\n

Are located at the event hub.<\/p>\n
Bag Storage<\/strong><\/p>\n
This is located next to our registration tents. Please note space is extremely limited so travel as lightly as possible. <\/strong>Bag storage is under gazebos which are manned. However, we do not recommend bringing anything of great value to the event. <\/p>\n
Warm Up<\/strong><\/p>\n
We will have some funky tunes played and our team will get you warmed up and ready to run.<\/p>\n
Fancy Dress Competition<\/strong><\/p>\n
The fancy dress competition will take place at 915am. If you want to be in the Fancy dress showdown make sure you line up between the fancy dress flags by 915am. There will also be spot prizes for best dressed Mini MoRunners when they cross the finish line.<\/p>\n
Results<\/strong><\/p>\n
Please note placings are based on Gun time. So if you are in it to win it aim to get to the front for the start. Gun time is from when the race starts i.e. 10am.<\/p>\n
Please take care when running around the course as this is public land and local residents will be out and about. Please always stay on the left unless otherwise guided. There will be marshals around the course to support and encourage you.<\/p>\n
