Run Richmond Race 11 - Race review

July 27, 2019

Running

We returned to Richmond Park for our Run Richmond 5k and 10k race series once again on the Saturday just gone.  Race 11 was a little cooler than our previous events at Richmond Park where we've seen near 30 degree sweltering conditions!  There was a breeze and a bit of drizzle this time - perfect conditions for pushing through for your personal best - and we had a really good turn out with a fantastic atmosphere.

A special mention to Mr Ayar Ata, Development and Fundraising Officer for the International Association for the Study of Forced Migration (IASFM) and his team who were running to support refugee rights and voices.  Well done to you guys, such a fantastic cause and a brilliant effort from all!

Thanks to everyone who took part this weekend and we will be returning to Richmond for Race 12 of our 2019 series on 31st August, before hitting Kew Green the day afterwards on 1st September for our super flat and fast Kew and Richmond 10k.  Why not make it a Fix Events Weekender and join us for both!

We hope to see you there.
