Member review - I really like the 3 different types. Monday is tough and more aerobic with very clear well timed instructions. It’s motivating and hard work! The trainer takes a keen interest and gives good feedback. It’s helping me with the running I am still doing as well. I achieved my fastest 1k ever in the 12k I did at the weekend, 4.23 so thanks!! - Ashley
