We are very pleased that our health and fitness partner Cocoon Health are continuing their virtual online fitness classes for May.
You can join any of their classes that take place via zoom 3 times a week. The classes include HIT body weight sessions, Yoga and strength. Classes are aimed at helping you if you are a runner, cyclist or triathlete. Feedback from April has been extremely positive!
They are offering their incredible price of £5 for the remainder of May.

* Strength for endurance : Wednesdays at 1pm with Ben Leach
* Yoga for mobility and de-stress: Fridays at 12pm with Rita Mangan

Member review- I really like the 3 different types. Monday is tough and more aerobic with very clear well timed instructions. It’s motivating and hard work! The trainer takes a keen interest and gives good feedback. It’s helping me with the running I am still doing as well.
