It was good to see so many people join us for the Tough 5k 10k and 15k run in Greenwich Park on Saturday the 28th March. We hope you all enjoyed the event and well done to everyone that completed their race.
The event was marred by an unfortunate incident where a cyclist going down the Avenue went in to the back of one of our runners. The cyclist came off a lot worse with head and shoulder injuries and had to be airlifted to hospital. We hope she is ok and makes a full recovery quickly. Our runner was injured and was taken to hospital but we believe she suffered more from the shock of the incident. We hope she gets better very soon and hope to see her back at more Fix Events in the future.
